Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Gujarat Lions - Indian Premier League - 15th match

Gujrat Lions won all of their first 03 matches against the strongest contenders. But this time they have lost a match against a considerably weaker side that is Sunrisers Hyderbad. The stronger part of the Hyderabad team is their captain, David Warner himself. He is in outstanding form this season and probably the top scorer of IPL up till now. In chase of a total of 136 runs, Sunrisers did not lose a single wicket and the openers won the match for them in 14.5 overs. S. Dhawan who was in bad form from the start of the tournament has also scored an unbeaten knock of 53 runs. DA Warner remained unbeaten with 74 runs. From the balling department, B. Kumar took four wickets and remained player of the match. That is very impressive performance by the team. Suresh Raina was the top scorer from Lions side having 75 runs on the board.

Royal Challengers Banglore vs Delhi Daredevils - Indian Premier League - 11th match

This match has ended up with outstanding results, Royal Challengers Banglore while playing first put a huge total of 191 runs on the board. Virat Kohli again remained the highest scorer with 79 runs on the board. AB De Villiers scored another quick half century and Shane Watson contributed a bit in the end. Mohammad Shami was pick of the bowlers from Delhi's side, he took 02 wickets. In response Quinton de Kock scored an outstanding 108 runs on just 51 balls. That was the turning point of the match. KK Nair scored unbeaten 54 runs to grab a big victory.

This has been an outstanding performance by the Daredevils. RCB is considered to be the strongest batting side of the league but de Kock's performance vanished the competitor's performance. With this win the team obtained the 3rd position in the points table.  

Back to Back Defeats To MS Dhoni's team

Rising Pune Supergiants led by MS Dhoni has been facing back to back defeats in the Indian Premier League. Today the team has been outplayed by Kings XI Punjab. Only Faf du Plesis and SPD Smith were able to make considerable contributions for their side. Rest of the batsmen have failed against a good bowling attack. DA Miller's side showed great temperament and the side put solid opening stand.  Both the openers scored half centuries. Glenn Maxwell, the destructor, won the match for his team by scoring 32 quick runs. Irfan Pathan has been included in the squad but he delivered only 01 over in the innings. MM Sharma was pick of the bowlers today by getting 03 wickets and by giving only 23 runs in his four overs.

IPL the most fascinating domestic cricket league in the world has been proceeding with amazing results. Gujrat Lions a new franchise in Indian Premier League has been leading side of the league.


Suresh Raina has been captaining the side. The team won all of their 03 matches. KKR stands second in the list having 02 wins and Royal Challengers Bangalore stands third in the ranking.
