Rangana Herath Took ODI's & T20I's Retirement

It has been a big news for the Sri Lankan Cricket as the heart and soul of Sri Lankan Spin balling attack, Rangana Herath took retirement from One Day International and T20 formats. The player is looking to focus on test cricket only. The player explained that they need to play twelve tests in upcoming 08 months, so he believes it is better to get retirement from the shorter formats. He already took 297 wickets for Sri Lanka in 67 tests. He is very reliable in all sorts of games and cricketing formats.

The players has turned to 38 years of age this year and perhaps it is a better decision to just focus on test cricket only, giving him rest a bit to play sharper cricket only.
