Inzamam is given opportunity to become chief selector of Pakistan Cricket

Inzamam ul Haq the former captain of Pakistan Cricket Team and recent coach of Afghanistan Cricket has been given an opportunity by the Pakistan Cricket Board to become chief selector for the Pakistan team. PCB considered recent outstanding character of the former captain in building Afghanistan Cricket. The team performed outstandingly in the T20 World Cup qualifying stage. They won all of their 03 matches in the qualifying round. The team defeated the world champions - West Indies, in the group stage.

Mohammad Shahzad who has been focus of attention in the Afghanistan Cricket has also commented that he learnt a great deal from Inzamam. The Afghanistan Cricket Board recently extended his contract to serve as a coach for the team. This would be a great opportunity as well as a great challenge for Inzamam as he got respect from both of the concerning boards.

The former Pakistan captain is one of the greatest batsman in the history of Cricket. The credit goes to him for winning the world cup in 1992 due to his outstanding batting performances. His technique and approach is matchless.
